Evil Toons is a 1992 Low-Budget American Animation Horror movie that stars David Carradine, Arte Johnson, Dick Miller. Written and Directed by Fred Olen Ray.
Plot:
Four sexy young girls are to clean an old house for the new owners. They get delivered an old book full of magic incantations, and while reading it they accidentally bring a cartoon character to life. The cartoon character likes the blood of young girls... Nevertheless it has a happy ending.
Trivia:
Writer/director Fred Olen Ray initially pitched the idea for this picture to legendary exploitation movie producer Roger Corman. Ray told Corman he could make the film for only $250,000 dollars. Corman turned Ray down on the grounds that said budget was too low. So Ray made the picture on his own for only $140,000 dollars.

Evil Toons is often seen as a low-budget copy of The Evil Dead.
