Lost film "The Web" 1947. Starring Edmond O' Brian, Vincent Price and Ella Raines.
Leopold Kroner, formerly of Colby Enterprises, is released after five years in prison for embezzlement. Andrew Colby, (the head of Colby Enterprises) claims that Kroner has threatened his life, and hires a young, sharp attorney named Bob Regan to protect him.
When Kroner is killed by Regan during a fight with Andrew Colby, Regan learns some things leading him to believe that the fight was really a cover up for a well planned murder scheme, and that he has been used by Andrew Colby.
