A chemistry teacher at the local high school becomes the target of abuse and local police when a student that she privately tutors, tells the school and his parents that she tried to have sex with him. But the fact is it's the other way around and she has to find a way to prove her innocence and clear her name. Starring Elizabeth Berkley and Corey Sevier.

Carol and Neil are are successful in terms of grades, but not very popular at their highschool. When Carol comes to know that two foreign exchange students from France and Italy were redirected to another school, she figures she and Neil could take their places and be in the middle of public interest for one semester.

I found this copy of the film online somewhere. Its seems a bit of a rare film so thought i would share it on here.
