?Cannibal Holocaust? Complete Movie Full HD Spanish Subtitles English Audio

Cannibal Holocaust is a 1980 Italian cannibal film directed by Ruggero Deodato from a screenplay by Gianfranco Clerici, starring Carl Gabriel Yorke, Robert Kerman, Francesca Ciardi and Luca Giorgio Barbareschi. Cannibal Holocaust was filmed in the Amazon Rainforest with real indigenous tribes interacting with American and Italian actors.
The film tells the story of a missing documentary film crew who had gone to the Amazon to film cannibal tribes. A rescue mission, led by the New York University anthropologist Harold Monroe, recovers the film crew's lost cans of film, which an American television station wishes to broadcast. Upon viewing the reels, Monroe is appalled by the team's actions, and after learning their fate, he objects to the station's intent to air the documentary.
Cannibal Holocaust is unique for its "found footage" structure, in which the gradual revelation of the recovered film's content functions similar to a flashback. The film's notion of "recovered footage" has influenced the now-popular genre of found footage horror films, such as The Blair Witch Project.
Cannibal Holocaust achieved notoriety as its graphic violence aroused a great deal of controversy. After its premiere in Italy, it was seized by a local magistrate, and Deodato was arrested on obscenity charges. He was charged with making a snuff film due to rumors that claimed some actors were killed on camera. Although Deodato was later cleared, the film was banned in Italy, Australia, and several other countries due to its disturbing portrayal of graphic brutality, sexual assault, and animal violence. Some nations have since revoked the ban, but the film is still banned in several countries. Critics have suggested that the film is a commentary about civilized versus uncivilized society.

"WAGNER - THE COMPLETE EPIC" (as seen on TV) by Tony Palmer w/RICHARD BURTON

***TOO ALL WHO READ THIS...PLEASE READ MY PUBLIC DISCLAIMER/APOLOGY ON MY YOUTUBE PROFILE ("About Ronbeadle's Channel").***

Filmed in 200 different locations in 6 different European countries as part of the centenary of Wagner's death, this film was the biggest East-West production in the history of television. Notably for shooting the original places Richard Wagner visited, lived and worked, and the accuracy on the details of his life. The film took 7 months to complete and was written by Charles Wood in conjunction with the Bayreuth estate and Wolfgang Wagner (Wagner's grandson).

The film was filmed in widescreen 35mm Dolby Stereo.

The music was recorded by Sir Georg Solti especially for the film and features the great:

Sir Richard Burton
Vanessa Redgrave
Sir Laurence Olivier
Sir John Gielgud
Sir Ralph Richardson
Ronald Pickup
Cyril Cusack
Sir William Walton
and many others...

Despite the controversy on the length of this film, I can claim that my upload is the "complete" film as seen on TV in 1983 (taken from the four full original vhs tapes). Keep in mind that the vhs cover says this is 9 hours, but I have edited out the empty spaces at the beginning and end of each tape as well as the promos (except the first one), warnings etc....leaving the film "as is", thus bringing it to just over eight and a half hours.

The latest DVD version (there are now 3 different editions) is supposedly complete, but if you compare them, there is up to almost an hour of more footage in mine! I heard that Tony Palmer went back and edited out some footage as well as recut some of the sequences for the last dvd release.

The only drawbacks of the film are that Wagner's philosophical/esoteric leanings are not exposed. His inspired way with mythology and legend is not covered at all either. Not only that but Wagner's compassionate, profound and humane nature is utterly glossed over...leaving the man completely political and spiteful, which is totally wrong.

In any case...part of the reason of why I decided to publish this on youtube was because:
1) It is not presented complete on youtube, just broken up segments and short clips.
2) It is ultra rare, and well-nigh impossible to find.
3) Not many people know about it, or even have heard of it.
4) To clear up the controversy on the length of the film (just read the reviews on amazon!)
5) Because I love Richard Wagner and want to share his genius with others.

So...please enjoy one of the greatest film biographies ever made, on one of the greatest composers that ever lived...Richard Wagner (1813-1883).

PS: When you watch this, make sure you're on wi-fi or have an unlimited internet data plan! I don't want you to use up all your data on this big boy! lol.

Elvis Meets Nixon - Complete Movie

Elvis Meets Nixon is a 1997 film telling the true story of Elvis Presley meeting then President Richard Nixon on December 21, 1970.

The plot of the film, although exaggerated in parts for comedic effect, is actually based on real events and is quite accurate in its telling.

Elvis Presley, bored with his confined existence in Graceland, leaves his home on his own for the first time since he was 21. He winds up in California and is convinced by an Anti-war activist that he is responsible for the drug culture through his influence on The Beatles. This convinces Elvis to write a letter to President Nixon asking to be made a "Federal Agent at Large" for the Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs. No such position actually exists, but Nixon, wanting desperately to win over the youth of America, which he views as hating him, decides to meet with Elvis in an attempt to improve his image with the "kids".

My Personal Highlights of this movie:

12:45 Airport - Elvis buys an airplane ticket alone first time in his life...
21:23 Donut-Shop Scene - Elvis stops? to buy some donuts, funny...
31:03 Airplane Boarding - Elvis takes his gun onboard the aircraft...
51:44 Record Store Scene - ? Elvis walks? through LA and enters a? record store...

Last Saturday 26/01/2013 in Bonn (Germany) Elvis´s TCB-band gave a concert with Jerry Schilling as special guest (see my videoresponse). During autograph session of the band i took the chance to talk a few words to Jerry who was very friendly.

To my question if he knew this "Elvis meets Nixon" movie he told that he even gave some input to the filmmakers, many details are right, but of course? it´s a comedy.

Me: "What do you think Elvis would have thought?"
Jerry: "He´d have laughed his ass off!"
